Job Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive organisational success. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies to meet medium- and long-term goals, formulating the annual budget to align with business objectives, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure the organisation remains financially strong and compliant with regulatory standards
• Focus on challenging senior leadership teams to control costs and manage resources, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities and risks
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to ensure the organisation meets its goals, including formulating the strategic plan and annual budget
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including funding banks and external partners
Requirements:
• Proven financial bias and strong analytical skills
• Educated to first degree level as a minimum, with an MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
• Experience of securing funding and managing £multi-million finances, with M&A experience desirable
• Strong coaching skills to challenge and empower others, with excellent communication skills
