Responsibilities
* Lead the operational oversight of the entire advertising execution process, ensuring smooth delivery and performance across all major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
* Troubleshoot delivery issues across ad platforms, diagnose root causes—from creative rejections to API failures—and minimise disruption to client performance.
* Investigate new issues arising from publisher changes, policy updates, and ecosystem shifts, staying ahead of problems.
* Collaborate with the Product team to shape tooling, automations, and workflows that power production and operations, driving efficiency at scale.
* Partner with Customer Success and Support to triage incidents, provide clarity on impact, communicate realistic resolution timelines, and maintain high‑standard customer communication.
* Manage offshore operations teams, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and operational excellence across time zones.
Qualifications
* Strong experience managing digital platform operations.
* Knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools (Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Splunk).
* Basic technical skills (API management, cloud computing, CRM systems).
* Problem‑solving skills and incident‑management expertise.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
* Focus on continuous improvement and technological innovation.
