Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing facilities maintenance services, including equipment moves management, health and safety protocols, and energy efficiency initiatives.
* Diagnose and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime and optimize performance
* Maintain and adhere to the equipment maintenance schedule to ensure optimal functionality and extend equipment lifespan
* Respond promptly to unplanned and emergency maintenance callouts to maintain business continuity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical and/or mechanical trades or a relevant technical discipline, such as a diploma in a related field.
* Proven track record and experience in preventative and reactive maintenance/repairs of high-volume process equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
