Details of Service:The HSE Social Inclusion Alcohol Service in IHA Dublin North City and West and Dublin North County provides confidential, professional support counselling and group work to individual living in the area who are experiencing significant negative impacts on their daily lives due to alcohol use, as well as support for family members affected.The HSE Alcohol Service operates through multiple sites, offering comprehensive assessment and treatment specifically for alcohol-related issues. The service provides a broad range of psychological supports and interventions designed to promote recovery and improve wellbeing.Our multidisciplinary teams deliver integrated medical, psychological, harm reduction, and social support services. Team members include GPs, Nurses, Counsellors, Case manager. We work closely in partnership with other agencies and organisations to provide holistic shared care.Counsellors may work across various settings including dedicated alcohol services and primary care centre, to ensure continuity of care and tailored support.
