Social Care Worker – Mainstream Residential
Contract: Full-time Permanent Position
Typical schedule: 10 sleepover shifts (15 hours + 9 hours sleepover) or 8–12-hour day shifts depending on service
Salary: €38,000 - €48,000
To work as part of a care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. To promote teamwork, carry out administrative duties as required and to perform key working roles when selected to do so / required. To take part in the company’s Performance Development Plan through full participation in the biannual assessment and appraisals.

Requirements
* Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or Similar field
* Car and full Licence
* 1-year Residential experience
* Full Flexibility to work a residential roster
