This is a senior project management position where you will lead high-profile projects in Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project lifecycles for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across both jurisdictions.
* Define and control project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
* Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders to achieve delivery milestones.
Procurement & Commercial Management:
* Oversee procurement processes for contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
* Apply quantity surveying expertise in cost planning, tendering, contract negotiations, and change control.
Regulatory Compliance & Building Control:
* Ensure compliance with building control regulations, including part L (energy performance) and fire safety standards.
* Liaise with approved inspectors, building control authorities, and design consultants.
Team Coordination, Quality, & HSE Oversight:
* Promote high standards of quality, health & safety, and environmental performance.
* Enforce compliance with CDM regulations (UK) and other relevant HSE legislation.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in quantity surveying, construction management, or civil engineering.
* Minimum 10 years' project management experience in construction and property development.
* Chartered or working towards professional chartership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MCIArb).
