The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing reliable, commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice over the phone to clients on all HR matters, from general to complex queries. You will participate in an excellent training program and have the potential to obtain a part post-graduate qualification.

The shift pattern for this role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, with shifts varying between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. The core shift is 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional early or late shifts, and a few weekends and public holidays per year. Once trained, participation in an on-call roster is required.
The HR Advisor will also be responsible for:
* Supporting clients with quality advice in a productive manner via email or phone, depending on client preference, primarily through call advice.
* Handling calls from clients with HR issues or queries, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Providing clients with supporting documentation to implement the advice or solutions offered.
* Applying your HR and employment law expertise to develop clear, actionable advice.
* Reviewing client documentation and providing tailored advice, considering internal terms and conditions.
* Ensuring all advice requests are handled within the relevant service level agreements (SLAs).
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
* Good employment law knowledge, gained through studies or work experience.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent workplace experience is desirable.
* Experience working in a KPI/target-driven environment, preferably in a shared service center.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
