Our clients based at Dublin Airport are present recruiting for a Global Freight Administrator. You will arrange and support international logistics and freight operations across air, sea, and road transport. The successful candidate will coordinate global shipments, manage shipping documentation, ensure customs compliance, and work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions specifically for the specialist event, trade fair, sporting events, conferences, and live events sector. This is a full-time position, based at Dublin Airport.Key DutiesCoordinate international freight shipments across air, sea, and road for global events.Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and deliveries.Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.Track shipments and provide operational updates to stakeholders.Maintain logistics systems, reports, and freight records.Support freight invoice reconciliation and process improvements.Ensure compliance with international trade and import/export regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in freight forwarding or logistics is essential.Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.Knowledge of international shipping methods and logistics processes.Experience using ERP or transport management systems.Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Salary is based on experiences and open to negotiation and from €40,000.
