Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading the Estate team, including weekly rostering, payroll sign-off, and ensuring all guests receive warm welcomes
2. Overseeing daily operations of guest arrivals, departures, and estate flow to ensure seamless service delivery
3. Maintaining high-quality relationships with external partners and internal departments while driving sales across retail, food & beverage, leisure activities
4. Fostering innovation through personalized services that create memorable
