Financial Administrator, Newry, Up to £30k Blackfox are currently working alongside a successful financial services provider based in Newry who are recruiting for their new Financial Services Administrator.
Working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm, you will be: Providing administrative support to financial advisers, including managing client files, preparing documentation for meetings, and handling daily communications (mail, calls, enquiries).
Processing and manage financial products such as pensions, investments, life insurance, and mortgages.
Maintaining and update client records using back-office systems, support annual scheme renewals, and coordinate client reviews and appointments.
