* We are currently recruiting a seasoned trades and labour manager to oversee the recruitment and management of our on-site personnel.
We require someone with extensive experience in providing mechanical and electrical trades for significant projects across Ireland and Europe. This role demands strong site compliance knowledge, coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively manage various stakeholders daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating disciplinary procedures while maintaining a firm yet fair approach towards team members. Main Responsibilities Include:- Recruitment of skilled tradesmen/labourers
- Ensuring all workers possess necessary skill sets& training required
- Daily Communication with Site Managers & Project Leaders
- Weekly liaison meetings between Dornan’s finance, payroll teams & HR department
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Possesses minimum ten years experience working within construction industry,
focusing primarily on M&E.
2. Candidates should also hold excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
