Strategic Inbound Business Development Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Inbound Business Development Representative.
In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between marketing-generated demand and the sales pipeline, analyzing inbound lead quality to identify high-value acquisition targets and optimizing conversion patterns.
You will develop and implement strategic lead qualification frameworks aligned with marketing campaign objectives, conduct discovery calls using consultative approaches to assess prospect fit with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and design and execute targeted LinkedIn follow-up campaigns for founders and C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the strategic nexus between marketing-generated leads and sales pipeline development
* Analyze inbound lead quality to identify high-value acquisition targets and optimize conversion patterns
* Develop and implement strategic lead qualification frameworks aligned with marketing campaign objectives
* Conduct discovery calls using consultative approaches to assess prospect fit with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
* Design and execute targeted LinkedIn follow-up campaigns for founders and C-level executives
* Map relationships between founders, investors, and target prospects to build a strategic network-based approach to customer acquisition
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years of experience in sales development, B2B marketing, demand generation
* Demonstrated ability to analyze lead quality and optimize conversion strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-level messaging capabilities
