Key Responsibilities:
* Review and assess claims to determine the extent of damage or loss
* Manage customer interactions in an efficient and courteous manner
* Work proactively with service providers to progress claims towards settlement
* Support more experienced colleagues in the handling of complex cases
Requirements include being APA qualified, having 1-2 years experience handling motor damage claims, and possessing strong customer services skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable but not required. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and tact when interacting with customers and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
