Strategic Partner Development Manager, Sellside Monetization

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Development Manager to lead our sell-side monetization efforts in Israel. This role will focus on collaborating with leading Israeli publishers to help them grow their digital advertising business.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Israeli market and a proven track record of developing successful partnerships. They will be responsible for working closely with the local team to create and execute plans that drive business adoption of Google's sell-side products and solutions.


Main Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Israeli publishers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
* Work with cross-functional teams across Google to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences.
* Serve as the relationship manager for existing agreements, helping to realize and optimize value from these partnerships.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, management consulting, ads, e-commerce, apps, gaming, or technology industries.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hebrew to partner with local and regional partners.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
* Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
* Excellent problem-solving aptitude and ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activity.
* Proven track record in managing key C-level Officer (CXO) relationships, complex partners/clients, including tech sales, business development, account management, etc.
