The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge.
The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose‑built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.
We are seeking a Materials Associate to join our Production team in Dublin.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, process‑driven professional with strong analytical skills who excels at mapping and verifying system processes, coordinating tasks, and providing operational purchasing support through accurate reporting and data validation.
Key Responsibilities
Process shipping and receiving at our Kilmainham offices.
Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority.
Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.
Production Material Fulfilment (Kitting and dispatch preparation).
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, picking, packing, labeling, loading, and securing product.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
Document accuracy controlling in‑house stock for IT, Production, and Engineering stores.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Leaving Certificate or Equivalent.
Previous knowledge of Bar Coding.
Knowledge/experience of SAP / SAP Business One.
Knowledge/experience of Oracle Fusion.
Knowledge/experience of Odoo (WMS).
Experience of having worked in an Electronic Environment.
Supply Chain Certification/CPIM.
Previous experience in a warehouse or other stock‑controlled environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling.
Familiarity with inventory management through lot/serial/batch tracking.
Manual handling training.
Pay strict attention to detail.
Ability to identify and reduce waste, introduce new and improve existing processes.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to adapt in fast‑paced environments.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
