The 5-star College Green Hotel Dublin, a distinguished member of the Autograph Collection by Marriott and the MHL Hotel Collection, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef and leading the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, creative, seasonal dishes across our multiple outlets – including our Gastro Bar, Moreland's Restaurant and Banqueting areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations, menu development and seasonal offerings.
* Lead, coach, and train kitchen staff to maintain the highest culinary standards.
* Oversee food safety and hygiene by managing a Kelsius food safety management system.
* Ensure consistency and excellence across all service points, working collaboratively with the Executive Chef, General Manager and wider F&B team.
Requirements:
* Minimum essential experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end 4 or 5 star hotel.
* Solid knowledge of food safety practices and management systems.
* Leadership, training and development experience within a busy hotel kitchen environment.
* Full-time work permit to work in Ireland.
