This role involves working as part of an experienced pre-construction team, responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates across large-scale building projects.
* The job requires preparing detailed cost estimates from early design through to tender stage.
* Quantifying drawings, specifications and schedules is also a key aspect of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position you will need excellent analytical skills, including strong math and problem-solving abilities. You should also be highly organized with good time management skills.
* A relevant degree or certification in construction estimating would be beneficial but not essential if accompanied by significant work experience in the field.
