I am seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong Talent Acquisition and project hiring focus to join a large-scale Manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HR generalist responsibilities with end-to-end recruitment delivery, including high-volume and project-based hiring aligned to site growth, operational change, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment across site functions Deliver project-based and high-volume hiring campaigns Partner with site and department leaders to plan workforce requirements Manage direct sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and agency relationships Track recruitment activity and provide clear updates to stakeholders HR Generalist & Employee Relations Provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle Support employee relations matters within a unionised manufacturing environment Work collaboratively with trade union representatives and line management Support performance management, engagement, and people processes Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Experience & Skills Required Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline Proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a strong recruitment focus Experience working in a unionised environment (manufacturing/FMCG preferred) Track record of delivering high-volume and project-based recruitment Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and collective agreements Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, operational setting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist who enjoys being close to operations and playing a key role in supporting site growth and change.
