FARRANREE COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT PROJECT LIMITED (Ref: #CES-2416400). The role is located at Mna Feasa, Gate Lodge, St Mary's Health Care, Gurranabraher, Cork, Co. Cork. Eligibility: applicants must be 21 years or older and receive a qualifying social welfare payment for at least one year, or 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups. Eligibility will be verified by the Department.
This is a developmental community employment role within the Mná Feasa Domestic Violence Project. It combines administrative and outreach duties. The position is on‑site only, with 19.5 hours per week scheduled during office hours. Remote work is not permitted.
Responsibilities
* Administer volunteer coordination: contact volunteers and prepare rosters.
* Support clients by filling out forms and booking one‑to‑one sessions.
* Meet and greet clients at the door, answer office phone, and take messages.
* Order stationery and supplies for the office; use PC for daily tasks.
* Participate in outreach activities, including accompanying staff or volunteers to supermarkets to raise awareness of the Mná Feasa Project and conducting postal outreach by sending posters to various organisations.
* Work under the supervision of the Team Leader; receive training on all duties.
