Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments of children's functional abilities and developmental needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, speech therapists, and educators.
* Educate and support families to promote their involvement in their child's therapy.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
* Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in paediatric occupational therapy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with CORU.
* Proven experience in paediatric occupational therapy.
* Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
