Job Overview
We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bank statement preparation, payment processing, recording transactions on accounting software, and managing intercompany transfers.
* Payroll, voucher updates, and team reporting.
* Preparation of accounts, profit/loss/balance sheet, management reports, stock valuation, supplier payment runs, bank reconciliations, VAT and PAYE/PRSI returns, expense processing.
* Administrative tasks, office supply management, and HR-related duties such as leave tracking.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Demonstrated experience in a similar standalone role, preferably within a fast-paced small business environment.
* Proficiency in accounting software or similar platforms.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
