Job Description
About the Role: Woodfire and Wings Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing operations team. This role is key to ensuring efficiency across our supply chain, supporting both restaurant operations and group-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Manage inventory control systems to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
* Forecast demand and support procurement planning for multiple locations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
* Prepare and present reports on purchasing, stock levels, and logistics performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment.
