Member Experience & Events Specialist

This organisation is looking for a Member Experience & Events Specialist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking membership organisation at the heart of Ireland’s business community. In this hybrid role, you’ll take the lead in enhancing the member journey — from onboarding and engagement to event delivery and growth strategies.
Typically, your day-to-day will involve
* Engaging with members through personalised calls, emails, and support to boost satisfaction and retention.
* Driving membership growth by reaching out to potential members and promoting key benefits.
* Coordinating events — from planning and logistics to live support — for both virtual and in-person formats.
* Managing CRM data and contributing to a seamless digital member experience.
* Supporting marketing and engagement campaigns to enhance visibility and value.
It is expected you have 3+ years’ experience in a sales, membership, or client engagement role with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident with proactive outreach.
