IT Infrastructure Manager (Dublin)
A leading financial services organisation in Dublin is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, resilience, and governance of its IT infrastructure services. This is a permanent, full-time role within a regulated environment, reporting into senior IT operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, including testing and regulatory alignment (. DORA).
2. Oversee backup, storage, and recoverability across enterprise systems.
3. Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/firewalls).
4. Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, security & compliance).
5. Govern third-party vendors and managed service providers, including SLA management and service reviews.
6. Maintain infrastructure documentation, controls, and audit readiness in line with regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and service delivery teams.
Experience & Skills Required
8. 5+ years' experience managing IT infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.
9. Strong understanding of IT resilience, operational risk, and regulatory frameworks (including DORA).
10. Proven experience managing MSPs and third-party vendors.
11. Hands-on technical expertise in:
Enterprise backup solutions (. Veeam, Commvault)
Storage platforms
Microsoft 365
Networking technologies
12. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
13. Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/M365), Cisco, or ISO 27001.
