This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Corporate, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and equity fund regulations, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, and finance sectors.
The Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Corporate Department, handling a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and providing strategic advice to a diverse client base, including national and international companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and equity investments.
* Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law, preferably from a leading firm.
* Demonstrated expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to client service and business development.
