As a Site Reliability Engineer III - Application Support at JPMorgan Chase, you will be part of an agile team that designs and delivers trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Executing software solutions, designing, developing, and troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches.
* Creating secure and high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
* Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
* Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
* Identifying hidden problems and patterns in data proactively.
* Using insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Formal training or certification on relevant job skill concepts and proficient applied experience.
* Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
* Proficient in coding in one or more languages such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, and .Net.
* Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
* Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
