We are a local property management/renovation team dedicated to turning over properties efficiently and to a high standard, helping landlords and sellers move forward. We believe the best work happens when a skilled professional is given clear goals, trusted with autonomy, and takes genuine pride in leaving a property better than they found it.Our core mission is to be our go-to expert for making vacant properties rent- or sale-ready. This is not a predictable, 9-5 shop job. Every day and every property presents a new puzzle. You will be the one on site, assessing what needs to be done, and then making it happen. One day you might be refinishing floors and installing trim, the next you're troubleshooting a leaking toilet and repainting an entire flat. You'll manage your schedule, your materials, and your quality control to hit deadlines. You will face urgent, last-minute changes. A move-out reveals unexpected damage, and the new tenant moves in in 3 days. Can you adapt and re-prioritize on the fly?You will work alone 80% of the time. This requires supreme self-motivation. No one is looking over your shoulder to tell you what to do next."Done" means "client-ready." Your work isn't finished when the paint is dry; it's finished when the property is impeccably clean, safe, and welcoming for a viewing. This requires an obsessive eye for detail. We can train you on specific products or techniques. What we need is someone who brings:A Problem-Solver's Mindset: You see a damaged wall and you already start mentally working through the fix from framing to finish.Reliability as a Core Value: You communicate proactively, show up when you say you will, and follow through to the last sweep of the floor.Pride in Ownership: You get genuine satisfaction from looking at a transformed, pristine property and knowing, "I did that."Coachability: You're confident in your skills but humble enough to ask for a second opinion on a tricky issue and eager to learn a better method. What You Bring (Skills & Minimum Requirements)Proven experience in residential painting, drywall repair, basic flooring (LVP/laminate installation), and minor plumbing/electrical (e.g., toilet replacement, fixture install).A valid driving licence and the ability to pass a background check. The physical ability to perform demanding manual labour daily. What We ProvideAutonomy & Trust: You'll be given the "what" and the "why," and trusted to figure out the "how."Clear Communication & Support: A direct line to management for questions, and a streamlined process for materials and approvals.Fair Compensation: Competitive hourly wage/salary, paid travel between sites, and a performance-based quarterly bonus tied to quality and efficiency.Investment in You: Access to training for new techniques and products. If you've read this far and are excited by the challenge, we want to hear from you.
