Job Description
As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will provide critical support to the team in their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and control of entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, including consolidation and reconciliation.
* Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
* Support due diligence monitoring activities and work closely with vendors and stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings and follow up actions as required, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
* Experience in Fund administration, Investment Management, operations, accounting, or financial roles is beneficial.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple demands from different people.
* Excellent prioritization, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with strong communication and analytical abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
