What We Do: We are looking for software engineers to join our team developing Cisco's leading collaboration and contact center apps. We develop products primarily in web technologies, to connect people through calling, messaging, video and meetings, via our cloud platform.
Who You'll Work With: Our product development team brings together product management, user experience design and engineering, a team of industry leaders in developing cloud collaboration technology. As a member of the delivery team, you will define and build a wide variety of features, validating with customers in early adopter programs.
Who You Are: You’ll need to have experience in:
* Application frameworks, such as React.
* Using web services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
The minimum requirements for the role are:
* Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems.
* Ability to self-motivate with a strong desire to learn, and ability to be flexible.
* Consistent record of learning new technologies and features on own initiative.
* A real passion for technology and software development.
* Excellent mathematical or scientific qualifications, with a flair for applying scientific approach to problem solving.
The following skills would be highly advantageous:
* A record of building outstanding Contact Center applications.
* WebRTC and media in Web apps.
* Analysing data in Grafana, Pinot, InfluxDB and Splunk.
* App development on web, mobile and desktop.
