We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality water and wastewater infrastructure projects in County Westmeath, Ireland.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works. They will be responsible for liaison with other team members, reporting to the employer's representative, and managing contractual matters on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise and manage the other members of the Resident Engineers' Team
* Report to the Employer's Representative
* Manage contractual matters on-site related to the works
* Coordinate Contract interfaces with respect to the works
* Liaise with Stakeholders
* Assess Contractor claims and write reports on same
* Assess Contractor payment applications against work completed
* Assess Contractor performance against Contractual KPIs
* Assess Contractor submissions including method statements and prepare clear comments
* Review Contractor design submissions against Employers' requirements and prepare clear comments
* Supervise works, keep records, measure, manage correspondence, and contractual documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess a satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering works, building construction, and project management. They must also have excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
