This is a client-facing leadership role where youll act as the Clients Representative, leading multi-disciplinary design and construction teams on complex projects across Ireland. The Role Youll oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from governance and procurement to budget management and design coordination. This is a key position for an experienced professional who thrives in a consultancy environment and has a deep understanding of Irish contract law and project governance. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary client contact, ensuring objectives, expectations and governance requirements are met. Establish and implement robust project governance frameworks including change control, risk management and financial reporting. Administer construction contracts (GCCC, RIAI), manage certification, claims and dispute resolution. Lead the procurement process for design teams and main contractors. Manage budgets, oversee financial controls and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction teams, driving effective communication and decision-making. Oversee the design and quality review process, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards. About You Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum 7+ years experience in project management, including 4+ at a senior or client-side level. Proven experience administering GCCC or RIAI contracts. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the Irish construction market. Advanced skills in MS Project or similar scheduling tools. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
