What You’ll Do
* As a Systems Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring that every story, specification, and document is complete, consistent, and actionable.
* You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams.
* Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and Engineers
* Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules and platform constraints
* Proactively identify information gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases before development begins
* Maintain clear, current documentation for system events, service designs, and end-to-end workflows
* Transition working boards and ad hoc notes (e.g., Miro) into version-controlled design documentation
* Establish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squads
* Support impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flows
* Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation
What We’re Looking For

* Has strong analytical thinking and documentation skills
* Understands modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies
* Brings experience working with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows (preferred)
Location & Work Hours
Location: Candidates must be able to work core hours aligned with the UK timezone (GMT ± 1) to ensure real-time collaboration with the team.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be able to work full UK business hours (GMT/BST) to ensure effective collaboration with our client and team. Preference will be given to candidates based in the UK, Europe, or regions within GMT to GMT+3 time zones.
