We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing an established commercial book of business, working closely with Account Directors to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
* Support Account Directors on client accounts.
* Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
* Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all audit requirements.
* Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
* Technical and product knowledge.
* Good personal organization and time management skills.
