Project Leader Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple key projects from conception through to successful delivery, including installation and commissioning
* Lead teams of all disciplines and subcontractors, providing technical expertise and guidance as required
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
* Act as the company representative at client site and contract meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
* Ensure all safety, health, environmental, and quality matters are effectively managed and addressed
Requirements:
* Engineering-related qualification or other relevant subject
* Demonstrable track record of success planning, budgeting, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and to expectation
* Working knowledge of industry practice and H&S legislation, including management of risk assessments and HAZOPS
* Able to work at remote sites either independently or with others, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
* Demonstrate a commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in the water industry is highly beneficial, with experience in the delivery of water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades being particularly desirable.
