As a Site Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations, ensuring our stores run smoothly and meet sales targets.
You will lead a dedicated team, manage day-to-day activities, and uphold the high standards set by the Applegreen operating manual.
Responsibilities
Operate the site in accordance with Applegreen's operations manual, policies, and procedures.
Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure the store's highest performance, including cash management, stock control, and motivating and leading employees by assisting in their training, coaching, and development.

Previous experience of 1–2 years in a similar role.
