Hotel Operations Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in hospitality management and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

* In providing excellent customer service to employees and guests

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in hospitality management
* The ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, time management, and rostering skills
* A friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team
