Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the shop manager and assistant manager with day-to-day operations
* Take ownership of shop operations in their absence, including opening and closing procedures, managing the shop team, and cash handling
* Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately through multiple channels, including betting terminals and EPOS systems
* Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel digital journey
* Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout the working day
