Human Resources Support Specialist
This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within an organisation.
* Administrative tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including recruitment and onboarding support, employee record-keeping, and benefits administration.
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with full recruitment lifecycle, prepare offer letters, and coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
* HR Administration and Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Process HR-related documentation, generate reports as needed, and manage filing systems while ensuring data confidentiality.
* Employee Relations and Support:
* Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
* Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating complex matters to the Head of HR.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
* 3-5 years of experience in an HR Administrator or Co-ordinator role.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
* Experience with HRIS and ATS is highly desirable.
* Good working knowledge of Employment Law.
