Business Development Manager - Security Solutions (CCTV / Access Control)
Location: Republic of Ireland (Ideally based within commuting distance of Dublin)
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 base + €20,000 OTE (Uncapped) | Fully Expensed Car

new sales professional
to drive growth across the Republic of Ireland. With strong backing and a long-term strategy in place, this is a great opportunity to join at ground level and help build the Irish operation.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for selling
end-to-end security systems,
including
CCTV, access control, monitoring platforms
, and integrated security solutions. Your target market will be
large commercial premises, industrial sites, manufacturing plants
, and similar high-value environments.
This is a
nan account management role
; however, you'll also focus on identifying and securing long-term opportunities. Sales cycles are typically longer and involve selling at the
C-suite and senior management level
. You'll have autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an experienced technical and operations team.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience
* Background in
security systems

* Experience selling into
commercial or industrial end-users
* Confident selling at

and managing
