Awards Administrator Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment of Junior Juries, working closely with various partners across the island. This includes maintaining a comprehensive database of registered groups and managing all communications with Junior Juries.
* Recruit Junior Juries in schools, libraries, and communities, fostering partnerships that drive engagement.
* Maintain a database of registered groups, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Manage all communications with Junior Juries, including mailouts, handling queries, and collating scores.
* Collaborate with shortlisted artists and Junior Juries to organize artist visits or online workshops between February and May.
* Support the smooth running of KPMG Volunteer Day by arranging visits from KPMG staff to schools nationwide.
* Work with external suppliers and Junior Juries to place book orders and ensure timely distribution.
* Select Junior Jury groups to receive free books and artist events.
* Contribute to the development of materials related to the awards, assisting the Deputy CEO.
* Assist in coordinating Garda vetting where necessary.
* Support the filming of Junior Juries for promotional videos to be screened at the awards ceremony and used on social media.
* Attend events island-wide, including but not limited to the awards ceremonies.
* Work with the Programme & Events Manager to oversee some elements of the budget in relation to Junior Juries.
* Assist in producing reports, including statistics, for funders and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Communications Manager and Social Media Officer to generate content for various social media platforms.
* Evaluate the Junior Juries' program, working closely with the Research & Evaluation Officer.
* Attend regular meetings with sponsors.
