Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator based in Dublin, with an option for some work from home. The Coordinator will manage daily logistics operations, oversee inventory levels, facilitate communication with suppliers and customers, and ensure seamless coordination between the supply chain processes. The role also involves analyzing supply chain data to optimize processes, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management, including a solid understanding of best practices and tools in the field.
* Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve supply chain processes effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and customers professionally.
* Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure excellent support and satisfaction.
* Experience in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and the capability to adapt to hybrid work environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles is considered an asset.
