Reservations Director
The Reservations Director leads the team to efficiently manage all reservations for rooms, events, and food & beverage. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the back office team, ensuring seamless execution of hotel services.
* Development and implementation of SOPs and Standards.
* Guest care is delivered through effective management of reservations calls.
* Active participation in meetings such as Morning stand up and weekly Head of Department meeting.
* Management of the back office team and operations.
* Promoting the hotel, its outlets, and local activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of documentation for training purposes.
* Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Monitoring and controlling operational performance metrics.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
