You will be a part of the Data and Infrastructure team. This role will play a key part in furthering our goal of bringing AI and automation to the forefront of our decision-making, ensuring that technology continues to power the next phase of our growth.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports (PowerBI, SQL, Excel) to support decision-making.
* Explore automation and low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, N8N, Power Apps, ERP integrations).
* Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake to support scalable, secure data solutions.
* Manage and document business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
* Support third-party system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.
* Troubleshoot system issues, provide training, and act as the go-to person for data and system queries.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for new technologies, AI-driven solutions, and process improvements as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
* Strong skills in PowerBI.
* Python for data manipulation and automation.
* Curiosity and drive to explore new tech and automation tools.
* Some familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) or modern data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills – able to work with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.
* A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
* Proficiency in SQL.
* Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
* Knowledge of GitHub environment and version control.
* Knowledge of APIs and systems integration.
* Exposure to ERP technologies.
* Previous project management or consultancy experience.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related field, along with proven relevant experience.
