This role will lead implementation and optimisation projects for our client's healthcare information systems, ensuring successful delivery of clinical applications that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.This temporary position is based inDublin 1and will be working on ahybridmodel with3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This post is for12 months initiallywith possibility of extensions thereafter.Based off a35-hour work weekthe successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid a daily rate of€281.66.** Laboratory Experience Desirable**Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle implementation of clinical applications from initiation through post-go-live supportDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgetsCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT staff, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendorsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate clinical needs into technical specificationsManage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptlyLead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new applicationsReport project status to executive leadership and key stakeholdersCoordinate testing, training, and transition to support activitiesEnsure projects adhere to healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.)Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field2+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT environmentsDemonstrated experience implementing clinical applications (CPOE, LIS, RIS, etc.)Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across clinical and technical teamsExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Proficiency with project management tools (Jira) and Microsoft Office suitePreferred QualificationsPMP or healthcare-specific project management certificationKnowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standardsExperience with system integration projectsChange management certification or formal trainingWork EnvironmentFull-time position with occasional evening/weekend work during critical project phasesMay require travel to multiple facilities within our healthcare structureFast-paced environment requiring excellent prioritisation skillsCollaborative setting with exposure to clinical and executive leadershipThis role offers the opportunity to drive technological advancement in healthcare delivery while working with cutting-edge clinical applications that directly impact patient outcomes and provider efficiency.*This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role*Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer
