Job Overview
This is a high-level leadership position that oversees and directs the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
* The team lead will foster a high-performance culture within the SCM team by leading, coaching, and mentoring team members.
* They will promote understanding and implementation of SCM processes aligned with global standards.
* The team lead will ensure the team is skilled, motivated, and strategically aligned with project goals.
Main Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will develop and execute Tender Sourcing Plans (TSP) and Project Procurement Plans (PPP).
* They will participate in tender meetings, identify sourcing opportunities, and manage supplier qualifications.
* The team lead will lead negotiations and ensure purchase orders align with contract conditions and project timelines.
* Achieve cost reduction and avoidance targets.
About This Role
* Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
* Proven experience in tailored equipment procurement and complex contract processes is necessary.
