OverviewContract Role – Data Technical Product Owner – Dublin/Remote – 12 Months InitialWe are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team, bridging the gap between strategic business needs and technological solutions. You will act as a vital link, collaborating with project teams on complex challenges, offering innovative solutions, and leading key discussions. You will define requirements, evaluate and document potential solutions, and build consensus around a strategic commercial product roadmap for implementation. You will oversee the product lifecycle through design, development, testing, and delivery to ensure the roadmap"s successful execution.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify product features, goals, and objectives through thorough research, analysis, and review of business needs.Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for business teams and conveying business needs to technical teams effectively.Partner with product management to establish feature objectives and collaborate with technical leadership to ensure solutions align with these goals.Work alongside Scrum teams to break down large features into user stories, guide refinement sessions, and ensure deliverables align with intended objectives.Collaborate with other capability owners to identify overlapping project requirements and create reusable development solutions.Conduct data analysis to standardize data definitions and structures across the digital fraud domain.Map data and process needs specific to the digital fraud domain.Facilitate the data access approval process to ensure teams can access necessary data for product development.Resolve and prioritize moderately complex issues by negotiating with user groups and providing clear explanations on challenging topics.Coach and guide project and cross-functional teams, acting as a resource for less experienced members.Work independently, seeking input only for highly complex tasks, and manage workload effectively to meet or renegotiate deadlines.Use approved Scrum Agile practices to collaborate with customers and technology teams.Required Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, software design, or related SDLC roles.Prior experience within the healthcare industry.Proven track record in the development and deployment of consumer or commercial products.Familiarity with high-profile projects involving multiple system integrations.ContactFor more details about the role, please contact Daisy Nguyen (dnguyen@gibbsconsulting.com, T: 0208 619 0877).at Gibbs Consulting for a confidential chat to know more details about the role.Please also note: Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
