Job Opportunity: Accounts Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Support Specialist to join our finance team in the region. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing sales invoices and allocating cash/EFT receipts.
* Timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
* Liaising with customers regarding payment schedules and deadlines.
* Providing administrative support for payroll processing.
This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for six months. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in an accounting environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing various tasks, including financial record-keeping, customer communication, and data entry.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
