As a creative professional who can transform complex product information and sales methodologies into clear, actionable training content, you will ensure our sales professionals are always at the top of their game to drive new customer acquisition and deliver outstanding value.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and developing engaging learning experiences for the Revolut Business Sales team, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutionsCollaborating closely with Product, Sales leadership, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate technical and sales content into effective instructional materialsApplying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centric content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvementUtilising various authoring tools to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and interactive training contentDeveloping assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programmes and identify areas for improvementManaging the full lifecycle of training content, from initial concept and development, to revision and retirementStaying up-to-date with industry best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including AISupporting the deployment and maintenance of learning platforms and resources for the Sales teamWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer within a fast-paced B2B or tech environmentExpertise in designing and developing a variety of instructional materials, including e-learning, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aidsA solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, and their application to remote-first organisationsProficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiencesA portfolio demonstrating your instructional design work with samples of e-learning materials, training documents, etc. (please attach a link in the application form)The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environmentGreat project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines among shifting prioritiesThe ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business and conduct efficient intervention needs assessmentsNice to haveExperience in sales enablement or an understanding of sales processes and methodologiesFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as SanaExperience in fintech or B2B SaaSA degree in instructional design, education, communication, or a related fieldAbout RevolutPeople deserve more from their money.
