Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience as a Payroll Specialist? We are currently seeking a full-time payroll Specialist to join our client’s team in Newcastle, Co. Dublin. This is initially a temporary position.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing fortnightly and monthly payrolls ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Handling high volumes of data, including anomalies, timesheets, shift uplift rates, starters, finishers, and pension calculations
* Utilizing the busy PR system to process payroll efficiently
* Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information
Ideal Candidates
* 3-5 years of experience as a payroll specialist or similar position
* Proficiency in using payroll software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of data
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
