This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the shop floor as much as in strategic planning.
You will oversee operations across sales, people, product, pricing, customer relationships and commercial performance, ensuring the business runs efficiently while delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers.
The ideal candidate will come from a builder's providers, construction supply, agricultural retail or trade-based retail environment, bringing strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to managing teams and operations.
